New Direct Business Sales (High Value)
Strategic or high value sales generation is a core capability of Sagacious People. It forms the very bedrock of what we do and the value proposition that we offer our clients.
This will normally involve a requirements review, analysis and recommendations phase that will highlight your companies existing disposition including strengths, weaknesses, issues, and challenges. An approved Business Development Action Plan will then be implemented against an agreed timeline and deliverables.

Partner Relationship Management
Partner selection, recruitment, management and (where appropriate) termination is another core capability.
Unlike many services organisations, Sagacious People offer transparency around which team member has personally delivered a quoted project whilst engaged within a named organisation and the outcome of that engagement.
Partner engagements that have been undertaken by our Founder during his career included managing and growing EMEA wide Channel Partner Networks for Sterling Commerce (now IBM) , Platinum Technology (now CA Technologies), Locus Computing Corporation (now CA Technologies) and a host of smaller companies.

Agile Engagement and Fee Models
Sagacious People will always endeavour to be flexible when engaging with our clients. The two basic models that we use to deliver our services involve either fully outsourced (agile) projects with previously agreed scope and output and outcome based deliverables, or the provision of interim consultants to work under secondment to your team under your element control and direction providing agile input deliverables.
The Sagacious People Fee Model is based on a Retainer, Performance-related component (Commission) and any legitimately incurred and previously agree business expenses.
